7V7 FLAG FOOTBALL

On Sunday July 23rd, The Upstate Lady Predators took the field for the first time. They began their first session of four of their Summer Workout Camps. The first three sessions included Conditioning and Basic Fundamentals, Offense and Defense all leading up to their final session this Sunday August 6th, for the 7 on 7 flag football game.(refer to flyer for time/location) Join the teams Facebook Group "Lady Predators Football" for up to date information. 

WHO ARE THE UPSTATE LADY PREDATORS?

The Upstate Lady Predators, located out of Rochester New York are bringing tackle football back to the area. Giving girls and women the same opportunities in sports. Set to play in the WFA (Women's Football Alliance) in 2024; more details soon to be determined. The Upstate Lady Predators are now the 4th branch from the original founded Upstate Predators in 2015 by Owner Tommy Love. The Upstate Predators are a Men's Semi-Professional team that play in the GDFL. As of recent, there have been additions to the organization; The Upstate Jr. Predators offering youth programs in 8u - 14u, The Upstate Predators Cheer and now the Upstate Lady Predators. The Predators organization now offers a way to play football for everyone! The Upstate Lady Predators are now recruiting for all positions for any women over 18 years or older, no experience necessary! The team is also looking for assistant coaches to join the coaching staff of Head Coach Jessica Coluzzi. Tryouts are Saturday October 14th from 9-11pm at Irondequoit Sports Complex.
